PRESS RELEASE FOR VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION

    Sheriff Mike Evans was pleased to present Calvert County Sheriff's Office Volunteer Chris Dwyer with a Sheriff's Salute on May 14.  Chris has been volunteering with the Sheriff's Office since March 2013 and has contributed over 218 hours.  Chris is efficient, motivated, and presents a great attitude at all times.  The Calvert County Sheriff's Office is grateful for his contribution.


    If you are interested in obtaining additional information about the Internship and Volunteer Program, or to apply, please email Sharon DiMaggio, Program Coordinator, at dimaggsr@co.cal.md.us.    Ideal participants exhibit trustworthiness, motivation, punctuality, flexibility, and efficiency.  All applicants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before submitting an application.  Positions are non-paid and the application process is continuous.
