During the week of October 20 through
October 26 deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1,372 calls for service throughout the
community.
Citizens with information on the
following crimes or any criminal activity in Calvert County who wish to report
it anonymously can now access the Calvert County Crime
Solvers link through the Sheriff’s Office website.

conviction of a suspect could result in a $1,000 reward.
Attempted Burglary Case #14-59030:
A homeowner in the 8300 block of Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach
reported to DFC C. Fox that on October 20, it appeared someone tried to break
into her home through the back door.
Entry was not made and nothing was taken. The investigation continues.
Burglary Case #14-59162:
DFC J. Lord is investigating a burglary at a home in the 10600 block of
Fielder Court in Dunkirk. A jar of money
and a guitar were stolen during the break-in that happened sometime between
October 18 and 20.
Destruction of Property Case #14-59314:
A homeowner on Armory Road in Prince Frederick advised DFC R. Kreps
that on October 21 around 9:30 p.m. she heard a bang and when she went outside
to investigate, she discovered that her cable lines had been cut.
Theft from Vehicle Case #14-59463:
DFC J. Denton is investigating the theft of a TV/stereo set from a
vehicle parked outside a home on Serenity Court in Prince Frederick overnight
between October 22 and 23.
Thefts from Vehicles Cases#14-59606 and
14-59709:
Vehicles at two homes on Calvert Towne Drive in Prince Frederick were
entered and items were stolen from within between October 22 and 24. The cases are being investigated by Deps.
Idol and Wood.
Theft from Vehicles Case #14-59669:
Two vehicles parked outside a home on Brians Way in Lusby had items
stolen from them overnight between October 23 and 24. Dep. Trigg is investigating.
Burglary Case #14-59943:
Dfc C. Fox is investigating a burglary to a home in the 3900 block of
17th Street in Chesapeake Beach that happened on October 25 between
8:30 a.m. and 2:27 p.m. A flat screen
television set was taken. The investigation continues.
