Theft Case #17-3853: On
January 23, 2017, Dfc. J. Migliaccio responded to the BP Gas Station located
on Town Center Blvd, in Dunkirk, for the report of a theft that just
occurred. Upon arrival he spoke with an
employee who advised that a light-skinned black male had just stolen a green camouflaged
colored ski mask from the display rack.
The male ran out of the station and got away in a vehicle parked
outside.
