The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office participated in the
annual U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program during this Christmas
season. Citizens and deputies donated
new unwrapped toys and placed them in boxes at the Sheriff’s Office. The toys
will be distributed to less fortunate children in our community.
The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a
new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will
assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
