On 06/12/2015 the above
pictured individual was seen using a large rock to smash the window of a
vehicle parked in a parking lot of a gym located in Annapolis, MD. The suspect was seen removing property from
the vehicle. He fled the parking lot driving
a gray Dodge Ram pick-up.
