or any criminal activity in Calvert County who wish to report it anonymously
can access the Calvert County Crime Solvers link
through the Sheriff’s Office website.
Go to http://www.co.cal.md.us/residents/safety/law/sheriff/
and click on the Crime Solvers link to leave an anonymous tip on-line. Information leading to the arrest and
conviction of a suspect could result in a $1,000 reward.
Since the beginning of the year, the north end of Calvert County has
experienced a string of thefts of RV batteries.
Those batteries are usually stored on a small platform on the exterior
of the camper, making them vulnerable to thieves.
Sheriff Evans and the deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office
would like to take this opportunity to remind you to store your battery in a
safe location and be cognitive of suspicious individuals or vehicles in your neighborhood.
